Elsevier, a global publisher and online education provider for scientific information and analytics, transitioned its academic business to an agile environment to optimize cross-functional workflows and increase client satisfaction. Ani Marketing Service stepped into help one of the teams with digital/ multichannel marketing by 1) taking on a scrum master role to help lead generation by managing 2-week milestones for content, social media, website development, & graphics, and 2) facilitating the transition of paid and organic programs for search and social media.
